Once you're ready to work with our team, we'll meet up and have a conversation on what you want and need in a home. This is where you dream BIG.
Let's get you prepared
Next comes the most important step: Getting pre-qualified. If you haven't been pre-qualified already, we'll get with our trusted mortgage broker partner who can help you determine your buying price range with confidence.
We won't waste your time
At this point in the process, we'll only send you notifications about listings that fit your criteria. And if you want to experience them in person, we'll get you in the door ASAP.
Found the one? Let's write your offer
We'll submit a winning offer, and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible deal. Once we have a signed contract, we'll organize the inspection and appraisal, schedule a close date, and raise a glass to your new home.
